The process involves:
- 1 hour for project implementation (depends on frontend/backend) for a situation.
- 1 hour for team discussion on how to make it better.
- 2 interviews, each 1 hour long.
Questions
All based on the initial project worked on.
Pros:
- Presentation oriented, so good implementation and communication are tested.
Cons:
- Something that can be read from documentation should not be your question.
- There is not much digging on writing efficient code.

Pros: All the pros are diminishing day by day.
Cons: No work-life balance. Silent firing is happening throughout the year. Toxic managers make you work day and night. Get support and appreciation from senior leaders. Sasan himself says "crush it" means do better than your teammates. That ultimately means a toxic culture where everyone is trying to outperform each other by compromising on health and life, or they get fired.
