Round 1: Standard Phone Screen Questions on Data Structures and Algorithms.

After the Tech Screen Round, the next step was the "craft round," which consisted of several interviews spanning five hours.

The recruiter made sure I was well-prepared going into the craft round, even setting up a prep call one week before my craft interview. This call helped me gain a good understanding of what was expected and later proved valuable during the interviews.

The craft round included a small presentation and a coding exercise built upon given requirements. It was followed by multiple interviews with different engineers where I was questioned on my coding exercise and other standard fundamental concepts. The final round was with the hiring manager and was more of a behavioral interview.

After the final interviews, Aleks reached out with the feedback. She was very empathetic and understanding, listened to my concerns, and ensured they were addressed. This people-centric approach is rare these days. At no point in the process did I feel left on my own.

Overall, the experience was really smooth. From the initial screen to the offer stage, Aleks was always communicative, transparent, and supportive. The TA team scheduled interviews according to my availability and was very flexible. It was one of the best candidate experiences to date. The entire candidate experience was very welcoming and set a high bar for me. A big shout-out to Aleksandra Kesser and her team!
