It was done on a platform where you could not compile code. You were really unable to code. It ended with a very sparse distribution of those who were selected. I am unsure why the platform didn't handle the load.

- Nice offices, good equipment, standard perks.
- Whitespace time.
Cons: - Pretty generic software development challenges
- Financial services markets are just not sexy
- Bureaucracy
- Constant re-orgs
- Never challenged, even when you seek it out
- Enterprise architects. Everywhere.

Pros: Awesome Benefits and Work-Life Balance. You keep getting gifts on a regular basis, and the workload is not that much.
Cons: The peer group is not as great as compared to Big Tech like Google, etc.
