I had a very bad experience with Intuit and would not recommend them to anyone. There was no structure to the process, and they wasted my time.
I was asked to participate in a hackathon challenge. Their platform crashed several times. Despite these issues, I qualified and was told my interview would be scheduled the following week. I attempted to contact HR, but received no response.
A month later, they contacted me again, stating they were sending me a test. If I achieved a qualifying score, they would schedule the interview. I asked HR about the hackathon, and she stated she had no knowledge of it, suggesting it might not be valid anymore.
Really? You wasted a day of my time, and now it's no longer valid in your eyes?
Interview:
Round 1: The technical interview was easy. I was given medium and hard LeetCode problems.
Round 2: Craft demo. I was asked to prepare a presentation on my project, but that round did not happen. When I inquired with HR, she said, "We don't do that." This was another waste of my time.
Round 3: I was asked basic OOP questions, the kind you would expect from a fresher. I have over 5 years of experience.
Round 4: Hiring manager round.
The end.
It was a total waste of my time.
There were many LeetCode problems.
