Pros: Great environment. There is flexibility for work.

Cons: No cons so far. I was there.

Pros: 1. People are extremely nice here at Intuit and always ready to help. 2. You will feel at peace in the office environment. 3. You get unstructured time where you can work on the things you are excited to work on besides your normal day job. 4. Your managers understand that you are a human, not a machine. They respect your work-life balance. 5. Perks are always the best thing after work. 6. The company has a lot of potential to grow, and there are many areas yet to be explored. 7. It's the best place if you want to develop your technical skills as well as leadership/soft skills. 8. The leaders are easily reachable, and most of them are ready to mentor.

Cons: Despite being a big MNC, the compensation is good but not that great for freshers as compared to other technical firms. As a result, most college grads who have great technical skills don't join the company or leave it early on.

Pros: Inclusive work culture. Always have cool events going on with free food. Lots of tech talks from people within the business.

Cons: Still working to move beyond legacy software. A little bit bureaucratized management structure still.
