Pros: I've found the company culture to be highly collaborative and supportive, which makes the work environment very positive. The work-life balance at Intuit is a major plus, and the flexible work schedule really makes it easy to manage personal commitments. The focus on innovation is clear, and I felt empowered to contribute new ideas. Career growth is strongly encouraged here, and my manager was a great mentor. The company provided numerous opportunities for me to develop new skills. The benefits package is also excellent; it's comprehensive and competitive. I've also genuinely enjoyed the impactful work. It's rewarding to see how the products we develop provide real value to customers.

Cons: Sometimes, the rapid pace of change or shifting priorities can be a challenge.

Pros: Although your package is not too competitive, the work is easy and therefore commensurate with the salary. Work-life balance is good. People often leave for home early and go for dentist appointments every other week.

Cons: Uncompetitive salary. Average work. Easy and boring. No job growth, even if you perform better than your peers. Recognition for your work might be given to other people. Co-workers will be happy to take credit for your work. Management is below average. Bad decisions and employee dissatisfaction with those decisions are the norm. Massive lay-offs every few years.

Pros: Half the people are polite.

Cons: Backstabbing between employees is not uncommon.
