Pros: Pay is decent (only if you get your RSUs, which there is a good chance you won't, putting pay below market rate). Nice in campus.

Cons: The WLB and culture have gone downhill in recent years. Intuit is becoming the new Amazon with its shady business practices. They'll offer you good stock options, fully aware they'll cut you 11 months later, right before your stock vests. Coworkers play company politics and won't be genuine to your face. Upper and mid-level management only care about themselves and will gaslight you if it fits their agenda. The company is also aggressively pushing for in-office and hybrid work to save a non-existent culture.

Pros: Good Culture in the Team

Cons: Most political heavyweights are in leadership.

Pros: Intuit really cares about their interns. Apart from spoiling us with fun social events, the Intern Summit, and lunch events with great speakers, they place a huge emphasis on learning. Whenever I present what I'm working on, I am asked what I am learning through that project. Learning first, product second. Intuit also cares about giving back. They always talk about helping small businesses around the world, and I get paid for volunteering. And best of all, Intuit offers work-life balance. When I leave the office a little late, like 6 PM, the parking garage is nearly empty. That is a good sign!

Cons: I am a commuter and live at my parents' home. Most of the interns live in corporate housing with corporate cars, all for free. Sometimes I feel like I am at a disadvantage. I do not get those expensive perks, and I do not know the other interns very well. Additionally, I am the only intern on my team, which has been a bummer.
