Software Engineer Interview Experience - San Francisco, California

Process

The worst recruiting and hiring process I’ve encountered in tech.

Recruiters are incompetent and do not care about candidates.

They will not disclose interview prep info that you need and go completely dark when you have questions. Or they’ll give you the WRONG instructions (this literally happened and another recruiter caught it).

The interview process takes months and even if you do well on the on-site, it’s no guarantee of anything. A complete waste of time and energy.

They have no regard for the time and effort it takes to interview.

Questions

Standard DS/Algo questions, timed coding challenges.
