Pros: Great work culture. Management really takes into account employee satisfaction and preferences. Opportunities for internal mobility and participation in anything that may be of interest. Quarterly hackathons and coding weeks for exploring innovative ideas.
Cons: Slow to adopt new technology, no feeling of creative/intellectual satisfaction as a software engineer.
