Pros: Relaxed environment. There are other reviews which compare working here to working at a government place (or for someone who's retired), and it's true.
Some engineering leads are less knowledgeable, not good at debugging, easily placing you in a keystone position (if you are good at debugging). If you play politics well, you can ride the surf.
Cons: Dealing with nervous H1B visa holders – they make their stress contagious. Also, they are not willing to take any risk or pursue cutting-edge/creative solutions.
It seems demographics are progressing towards an all-Indian workplace in the future.
"Fluffs" (who are not good programmers) play politics to get up the ranks.
Structured/bureaucratic processes. You end up becoming an 'Intuit' developer rather than a cutting-edge/modern developer, which might make you less marketable in the future.
