Pros: I'm very impressed by the senior management. Bright, hardworking, focused. And when they're wrong, they say so and try something else. I can't say I've seen that anywhere else I've worked. It's refreshing and I think adds great value to the company. Salary and benefits are very good. And in my book, the #1 pro is: I'm in an environment where I learn something every day.

Cons: Seeing that a course isn't working and resetting can wreak havoc on home life (hence the hefty compensation package). On the plus side, it's far better than management with heads in the sand! Too many meetings. I understand the whys, but there's room for improvement.

Pros: Good work/life balance, good benefits.

Cons: Some of the infrastructure is not as good as you would think it should be for a company this size.

Pros: This place has pretty good benefits and a somewhat okay salary.

Cons: Worked at the Payments division, and the upper management there is just completely unprofessional and has no idea what they are trying to achieve. The biggest joke is the annual reviews, where everybody complains about the dysfunctional management, and guess what – nothing is being changed for years. I guess the good thing is that people at least acknowledge that. If you are going to work there, make sure to get the most out of the offer; you are not getting a lot more once you get in.
