Interview Process:

  • Onsite interview

Observations:

Interviewers seemed unprepared. The panel interview was particularly weak. One interviewer would ask a question, and another would then try to explain it in a contradictory manner. Questions were asked that implied the candidate would be solely responsible for all tasks within the organization, with no support, tools, or information to make decisions. It felt as though the expectation was for the candidate to perform magic and make things happen.
