Process
I spoke to Intuit at the Career Fair and received an email about scheduling interviews within a week.
I had back-to-back interviews:
- Technical Interview
- Behavioral Interview
This was quite difficult to handle, as two people were asking questions simultaneously. I received an email within the next two days stating they liked me and wanted to offer me an internship. All of this happened very quickly.
However, finding a team and placing me in it took a lot of time, approximately two months.

Pros: Here are the best reasons to work for Intuit:
* Work-life balance
* Frequent feedback on performance from management
* On-site gym
* New facilities
* Awesome food in the cafeteria
* Treated as a regular employee as an intern
* Beer/wine tasting every Friday
* Great intern events, including horse track racing and helping out at the food bank
* Intern Hack Day, where a team of interns creates a project for 24 hours
Twenty-five cent sodas and free coffee. Buildings look really nice.
Cons: The following are some downsides to working at Intuit:
* Lots of meetings that sometimes get in the way of work.
* Feedback is sometimes too positive.

Pros: The people and the work environment are both great.
With the massive amounts of data that they are collecting, there will be very interesting problems to solve.
Cons: So far, I have not experienced any significant cons. There is not quite enough pressure for me.
