Intuit came to our college campus for a student event where we had submitted our resumes.

I received an email with a basic coding challenge, followed by another email for a video interview.

For the video interview, I had to solve at least one problem in 45 minutes.

The interviewer was helpful and tried to prompt me through my issues when I got stuck.

Cons: Too much middle management. This is a good retirement company. It's equivalent to a government company with private sector salary. Your career will end at the same level where you joined. In other words, there is no growth. Company is expanding in India, which means every job in the US is at risk.
