Pros: 1. Intuit offers great perks, something I did not expect when I was joining. Medical insurance is too good.
2. You learn a lot here, with the latest and greatest tech to work on.
3. There are intelligent people to engage with.
4. Managers do not micromanage much if you keep delivering.
5. There's an awesome vibe on the floor.
6. The pay is good, with stocks and bonuses.
Cons: 1. People don't like to come to work; WFH is preferred here.
