Process
I received a call from a recruiter and scheduled a telephone interview. I waited for 15-30 minutes for the phone call at the scheduled time, but did not receive one. I then emailed the recruiter (HR) about this and received a reply stating that they would check with the hiring manager and update me on further steps. However, I did not receive any further email from HR.
Intuit has a very unprofessional recruitment process, and it was a waste of time. I am truly wondering how such a reputed organization can have such a pathetic interview process.
