F2F rounds at Intuit Bengaluru office. It was a very long day, 9 am to 6 pm.
Offer negotiation over call and email.
I joined after 1 month.

Pros: Great benefits and work-life balance.
Solid business outlook and a great CEO to have.
Lots of emphasis on innovation.
Free food, great office, free gym membership, and broadband facility.
Cons: Poor management, very low on tech, lack of quality in hiring talent, too many failed experiments for India, and lots of politics.
There are many talkers than doers.
People prefer PPTs as compared to writing code.
Some of the senior/group managers are far away from technology trends, and as a result, it's tough to have a meaningful technical conversation.
