I had an excellent interview experience at Intuit, Bangalore.
I applied for the post of Staff Software Engineer through a placement consultant.
My initial telephonic round lasted about 40 minutes. The questions were mostly technical, and the interviewer explored the various technologies I had worked on. I received a call the very same day for a face-to-face interview scheduled for three days later.
I was handed an interview program that outlined the interviewers' names, profiles, and timings. I felt that was great.
The face-to-face interview consisted of five rounds: two technical rounds, followed by a round with the Development Manager and the Architect. The interviewers were very cool, and I felt extremely comfortable during the process. The questions were not too tough but covered all the necessary areas, including a few engaging questions that tested my design capabilities.
My interview was completed just yesterday, so I am still waiting for feedback.
