The interview process was very nice. The people I met were also nice. They all liked me and felt I would be a good fit for the senior software engineer position. I really enjoyed the interview.
However, they were unable to open a new requisition for that role.

Management destroyed a great team

Pros: The pros are all in the past. Mint Mobile was a great product and an incredibly efficient team.
Cons: Executives had no clue what to do with the product. They made top-down decisions that made no sense and wasted a ton of money while accomplishing nothing. They laid off half the team, and the other half quit. Phenomenal incompetence. Stay away!

As a company, this has great values and lives the values!
Top management pushes for innovations, but middle management...
Cons: - Middle management sucks!
- While top management thrives for innovation, breaking patterns is very difficult for middle management, and they struggle.
- Promotions are impossible if you are in the engineering community.
- While this is a technology company, engineers are not highly valued.

Pros: Good culture, customer-focused. Looking for the next positive step for the future.
Cons: The old workforce means outdated technology. Don't try if you are expecting future growth. Managers will always be hired from outside, and senior people will be your obstacle.
