Intuit is a Tier 2 company that acts as if it is Tier 1.
Top management does good talking without action.
- Untrained managers.
- The interview process has no connection to the work.
- They are stuck in the age-old thinking of old vs. new.
- Many old-timers make your life difficult.
- Too much politics.
Please review and revamp the CTODEV group, which is a horrible place to work. Employees are really sad.
