Pros

Intuit is a really great place to work in terms of benefits, and the length that the company goes to give employees perks and other bonuses. The work-life balance is the best I've seen at a Bay Area company where the norm is to overwork employees.

Cons

Things tend to move really slow compared to other companies. Decisions always seem to pull in way too many people, and everyone wants to voice their opinion, slowing things down. The enterprise security team is also ridiculously antagonistic; they treat employees as if they were all trying to hack or steal company information instead of working with them when they find some issue.

Advice to Management

Get your security team under control. Employees are not the bad guys. Treating them like they are just causes resentment.

Also, instill a culture of decisiveness and fail fast, instead of letting decisions drag on for months.
