Because of the pros above, you have lots of employees just milking the company with high pay and very little effort. Unfortunately, it is not easy to get rid of someone with years of experience who is just coasting in their day-to-day work.
Lots of change in the direction of technology and vision. However, the technology changes take way too long and are sometimes outdated by the time we get around to implementing them.
