Good benefits package, relaxed work environment.
Employees and managers are very laid back and don't really function like a software company. It's still an old-style, slow, shrink-wrapped software company, not the type for you if you are looking for a challenging, fast-paced, cutting-edge company.
Time for shrink-wrapped software is over. It's the web, stupid.
