Benefits. There are lots and lots of benefits.
On-time appraisal with good hike, plus most importantly RSU every appraisal cycle based on performance. We get very good RSU every year.
Culturally decent corporate company. Not talking about politics and all which exists.
Great care of employees where feedbacks and all matter a lot.
Gifts. Lots of them.
Good focus on employee training and upskilling.
The company is really great, and the cons are only handpicked ones.
None of the above points is any hindrance to me, but it's good to know about the company.
Keep the good work and feedback mechanism.
Four rounds, an extremely great experience. Calm interviewers eager to understand your thinking process. Rounds are specific to Intuit's interview process: Machine Round, Craft Task (LLD), Design, and HM Round.
The first round had fresher questions. There was no problem-solving involved; all questions were oral. I have 9 years of experience. I believe the interviewer should consider the candidate's experience before the interview.
The interview process will be conducted in 6 rounds: 1. Phone/Skype screening for SSE. 2. DS & Algo questions on various topics. 3. Technical round (face-to-face, 1:1). 4. Technical round (face-to-face, 1:3, including project discussion). 5. Manager
