Bad work-life balance. Transport is offered but not comfortable. Mandatory two days in the office per week with startup-like workload and delivery timelines. Product management is terrible, always pushed to deliver without tests.
Product management is very poor. There's scope creep all the time. Stop delivering with manual tests.
