Communicated via local recruiter, and she called back within 2-3 days. Directly called for an onsite interview. The process consisted of 3 rounds with senior-most people in the team. The interview was more around discussions and open-ended logical

The first round had fresher questions. There was no problem-solving involved; all questions were oral. I have 9 years of experience. I believe the interviewer should consider the candidate's experience before the interview.
