Well-organized, easy to get information. The Job Description was shared upfront, and interviews were set up in advance. Panels were co-ordinated, and no repeat questions were asked. The process is efficient, and timely communication was given.

The panel failed to join the call four times. On each occasion, I waited for 30 minutes. When I contacted HR, I was asked to wait longer. Later, I was informed the panel was occupied. Surprisingly, the panel joined on the fifth attempt. However, the
