Not a good place for immigrants. Getting a GC through Intuit is hard

Pros

Treats employees fairly well. Good benefits. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Unless you have more than 10 years of experience, don't join Intuit and expect to get your Green Card done in the EB2 category through them.

If you are willing to wait in the EB3 category, then it's okay.

Overall, getting a GC through Intuit is harder, even when times are good and the company is doing well.

It's an 'old' company, so people are usually older. Don't join here if you are young and relatively early in your career.
