Great work/life balance. Good benefits. Great values.
Immigration policy for green cards sucks.
It's the worst in the industry.
I love everything at Intuit except their policy to process green cards in EB2 versus EB3.
Intuit sponsors green cards in EB2 only if you are a Staff Engineer. No matter how many years of experience and degree you have, you can be a 20-year experienced person with a PhD and be a Manager or Director; they still process it in EB3.
They do it in EB2 only for a couple of job titles: Staff Software Engineer and Staff S/W Engineer in Quality.
Intuit allows candidates to interview with multiple teams. I interviewed with a number of them, and the process is relatively similar: two phone screens, then an onsite interview. Questions are a mix of behavioral and technical. In my opinion, basi
The interview process consisted of three stages, according to the recruiter. Based on that call: * The first stage involved reviewing the job description and requirements with the recruiter. * The next step was answering LeetCode-style question
The HR scheduled a call with me but never called. I tried reaching out multiple times, but she didn't think it was necessary to respond. I am very disappointed with this lack of professionalism. I hope they will respect candidates' time in the future
