Pros

Intuit pays well, and there is an abundance of challenging work.

Certain managers really seem to care about your professional growth and general morale at the office.

Cons

Certain managers in upper management push their employees around whenever needed, relocating them on a moment's notice simply because it's more convenient that another team sit together. There are some very slow organizations, which often cripples any hope of innovation.

Advice to Management

Consider the short-term productivity impact and long-term morale impact of your employees before you inconvenience them by moving them with just a few days' notice.
