The company's culture is amazing, as they're very inclusive and want to make sure everyone is respected and treated fairly.
They put a lot of focus on their employees' wellbeing and also on the communities they serve, with (paid) volunteering opportunities.
Also, tons of time off not just to focus on your health but on your family as well, including a 16-week parental leave. The benefits list goes on and on.
Technology-wise, they're very mature, relying a lot on automation of tedious tasks such as project creation/initial setup and deployment pipelines.
They offer paid training and encourage you to develop and improve on your skills.
I do not see myself looking for another job anytime soon.

Sure, time off is great, but it won't help me pay my bills.
Keep doing what you're doing.
