Overall a good company, but it has its downsides
Overall compensation is really good. Work from home often. Hours are usually flexible and not too much. Lots of offsites, opportunities for career development. Ability to transfer within fairly easily, too. Really good cafeteria.
Too many "Bill Lumberghs" at this company.
Too many managerial layers.
Inconsistent hiring practices lead to inconsistency in the caliber of employees performing in the same capacity.
