Great work-life balance, smart coworkers, excellent perks.
Can't think of anything, to be honest.
The interview consisted of an HR screening and a technical interview with one of their tech staff. The technical component was easy to solve, but the atmosphere was tense throughout. The interviewer made zero effort to establish a relaxed atmosphere
There were 3 rounds: * The first round was with HR to talk about your experience. * The second round was to solve a Java HashMap problem with one person from their technical team. It lasted for 1 hour. I did not pass this round.
I was contacted several times by their recruiter in the US for the job at their location near Toronto. Overall, the technical part of the interview was quite good, and I had a chance to speak with really professional people from the Canadian departm
