Benefits at Intuit are decent, though insurance premiums/coverage are worse than previously at Mailchimp.
People are generally kind and supportive, and will go out of their way to help.
Fun and creative culture that will hopefully persist after the acquisition.
Many long-time folks are leaving after the acquisition. Not a lot of clear direction and strategic, unified direction from the engineering SLT.
