- We have some 20% of time as unstructured time where we can work on our personal goals and other personal developmental activities.
- We get a lot of recognition for the amount of work we do.
- Very friendly work environment.
Not much training will be given on the work we do. We need to figure out all the things on our own, which is a little difficult to manage for freshers. But still, Intuit spends a lot on training.
Management is really good. No complaints at all.
