Not much training will be given on the work we do. We need to figure out all the things on our own, which is a little difficult to manage for freshers. But still, Intuit spends a lot on training.
Management is really good. No complaints at all.
i) Telephonic Round ii) 4 rounds of interview: Coding, 2 Technical, and Hiring Manager. But I only had to give 3 rounds. After the telephonic interview, my next interview was one week later. The interview process was really good. The HR conducted
One tech interview, one HR interview, and one on-spot design work. Questions focused on algorithms and the resume. Little about design patterns, and when and where to use them. Specifically asked about the Factory, Template, and Builder patterns.
The interview consisted of three rounds, all conducted onsite in a single day. Prior to this, I was screened from a number of freshers (undergraduates) through a subjective test. This test involved solving logical and data structures-based questions
