Great culture. People are very helpful, with lots of benefits, be it medical, holidays, or food. The workplace is beautiful. Managers are very supportive. There's a lot of opportunity to grow.
There are no cons. I didn't find any after working for six months.
There was a quick online test to start with, no coding. Then a values interview in which they asked questions that got at each of their core values. Finally, a technical interview where they asked about OOP, basic algorithm questions, testing, etc.
Communicate through Intuit's recruiter. * First round: 1-hour technical interview * Second round: 75-minute technical interview + 30-minute interview with hiring manager Overall, the recruiter did a very good job explaining what would happen at
One tech interview, one HR interview, and one on-spot design work. Questions focused on algorithms and the resume. Little about design patterns, and when and where to use them. Specifically asked about the Factory, Template, and Builder patterns.
