Good Facilities Management is good.
Many projects are in the latest tech, but not much to learn.
Layoffs happen sometimes.
Was first sent a short logic quiz that was multiple-choice on basic OOP. Reached out for a 60-minute technical interview with an engineer, then a behavioral interview after that.
3 rounds: 1. Technical question: 3 hours to solve (DSA). 2. 1-on-1 live coding on Karat: In 45 minutes, we need to solve 3 questions, comparatively easy (DSA). 3. HR round: Pretty chill chat with the recruiter.
First time interviewing. The interviewer was patient and friendly. Though I wasn't well prepared, the interviewer provided many pro tips for interviewing in the future. He led me to start from pseudocode because I appeared to be too anxious.
