Well-developed internship program. Competitive compensation. Many intern events, perks, etc. Corporate housing and car share provided. Great campus. Subsidized food. Brand new touch bar MacBook Pro's. Great balance between work and life for interns and full time. Brad and most of senior leadership are amazing. Intuit culture is like no other.
Some interns end up on teams with little appropriate work or trivial tasks, though this is rare. Pay is higher at other companies, but only slightly when considering total compensation given.
First time interviewing. The interviewer was patient and friendly. Though I wasn't well prepared, the interviewer provided many pro tips for interviewing in the future. He led me to start from pseudocode because I appeared to be too anxious.
Was first sent a short logic quiz that was multiple-choice on basic OOP. Reached out for a 60-minute technical interview with an engineer, then a behavioral interview after that.
Great interviewers and recruiters! Overall, I've had a positive experience every time I have interviewed with this company. I would definitely recommend. I was mainly interviewing for teams at the San Diego office.
