I think Intuit provides a lot of learning opportunities for students looking for internships.
You also get a lot of exposure to senior management as an intern at Intuit.
As an intern, you get weekly exposures to different senior personnel, such as the CEO and COO, talking about Intuit's short-term and long-term strategies. There are also seminars that help provide advice to interns who are about to graduate and thinking about their short-term and long-term career goals.
The culture is very laid-back. Hence, it is not a company in which to work if one finds oneself wanting to work in a more competitive and fast-paced environment.
I would say to continue to develop their efforts in recruiting young, talented individuals to work at Intuit.
First time interviewing. The interviewer was patient and friendly. Though I wasn't well prepared, the interviewer provided many pro tips for interviewing in the future. He led me to start from pseudocode because I appeared to be too anxious.
Was first sent a short logic quiz that was multiple-choice on basic OOP. Reached out for a 60-minute technical interview with an engineer, then a behavioral interview after that.
The interview process began with an online assessment sent via email. This was followed by a coding challenge conducted on Karat with a Karat interviewer. Finally, there was a behavioral interview focusing on Intuit's values with an Intuit engineer
