It was done on a platform where you could not compile code. You were really unable to code. It ended with a very sparse distribution of those who were selected. I am unsure why the platform didn't handle the load.

It was very easy. More of getting a personal feel for you than your skills. But you do need skills to do this job. It was a two-person interview as well. Very low-pressure interview.

I had two interviews. The first was with a recruiter, and the second was with a software engineer. I did create a solution that worked, but the interviewer didn't like the way I coded.
