Intuit is a great place to work. The people are their biggest assets. When I joined right out of college, I found the senior engineers to be very helpful in making sure I could learn the ropes fast. Lots of focus on innovation, failing fast, and hypothesis-based testing. Great benefits as well.
All the focus on failing fast and lean startup sometimes does not work well because then you don't give ideas incubation time. There have been many times when great ideas get shot down before testing them out more comprehensively. Also, some terrible acquisition decisions in the past.
Continue hiring the great people you hire and the innovation-focused development. Focus more on the company's goal and make acquisition decisions accordingly.
Took 3 days. 1st round: coding. 2nd round: tech interview. 3rd round: another tech round. After that, we will have a discussion with the whole team about the projects we worked on.
First, they asked some behavioral questions. Then, they asked me to present some of my work. Finally, they asked some algorithm questions and some high-level questions. The high-level question was the design of a restaurant reservation system.
Great and expedited, with quick response times. They know how to interview well and make you feel like an active part of the process. The questions are fair. If you're looking for a company that doesn't beat around the bush, then look no further.
