Pros: A real focus on employee satisfaction.
Management said they would have to reduce promotions when COVID hit, then re-increased them after the year turned out better than expected.
Lots of small perks and time allocated specifically for working on whitespace projects.
Cons: Lots of on-call shifts, from what I could tell.
