Very good work-life balance within Intuit and a great project going on
Good work-life balance, choices of different kinds of fitness lessons, free lunch from time to time, exciting innovation going on. Senior people here are very helpful; you can learn a lot.
Many changes are going on within the orgs lately. I hope we can have a more stable working environment later on.
It's better to have fewer shifts of people between projects. This allows us to get more innovation ideas out to customers so that we can improve fast.
