I myself was used to the development environment of Java, Spring, and microservices.
Multiple locations caused poor communication.
1. Phone call by Recruiter 2. Technical Phone Screen 3. 4 Rounds of Technical interview onsite Met 4 members of the team. Each asked a few technical and coding questions. Whiteboarding occurred in 2 out of 4 rounds.
After a sort-of referral, I was introduced to Intuit. A recruiter contacted me to set up an on-site interview. I was interviewed by the team I would be working with. This involved five back-to-back, 45-minute interviews, one with each team member.
The interview was fair and tested various concepts in software engineering. It also covered practical skills and basic knowledge of data analysis. The interviewer was friendly and gave time for questions at the end.
