As a software engineering intern, I was able to work on some pretty high-visibility projects, which was exciting. My team members were nice and down-to-earth. The company is also very open. You will always know what other teams are working on and what the current strategy is, with no secrecy or siloed teams.
The pace of innovation and product releases is slow.
It seems that product decisions are not made quickly enough to be ahead of the market.
