Good place as a first job
Management sucks. The technology is not on par with other tech companies, and neither are the salaries. It's hard being a black person at this place. They really don't support people of color, and my manager was racist.
After a sort-of referral, I was introduced to Intuit. A recruiter contacted me to set up an on-site interview. I was interviewed by the team I would be working with. This involved five back-to-back, 45-minute interviews, one with each team member.
Really smooth and well-organized interview. The first few rounds were with a third-party company. The "Lays" round was online with employees. They were understanding and intelligent. Felt like they were interested in me and my journey.
1. Phone call by Recruiter 2. Technical Phone Screen 3. 4 Rounds of Technical interview onsite Met 4 members of the team. Each asked a few technical and coding questions. Whiteboarding occurred in 2 out of 4 rounds.
