Super great remote intern experience.
Cons are that I can't think of any.
I had a phone interview that was very easy. The questions were basic, based on my resume and previous experience. They focused mainly on the skill set mentioned in my resume.
Very well done. The interviewer was very quiet, though, and it took me some time to actually visualize the problem. I also don't think I had enough practice with DP problems in the first place.
I connected with the recruiter on LinkedIn. I got through the phone round within three weeks, and the onsite was really challenging. The overall process took six to seven weeks. Everyone was really friendly and asked good questions.
