Work-life balance, ability to choose the technologies which better align to career and personal goals and work on them, lots of benefits programs to improve work-life balance and support in all aspects, excellent leadership who cares and leads by example, company with over 30 years of history but still one of the best start-up cultures.
Still using some of the legacy code which runs on older technology, so not enough scope there to work on new technologies.
Excellent Leadership: you provide support and nurture everyone with care. Please continue doing that.
Online assessment passed, then a first round with Karat, and a second video round with Intuit engineers. I heard some people get a 30-minute HR interview for the final round, but mine was a 75-minute technical interview with two Intuit engineers.
It was done on a platform where you could not compile code. You were really unable to code. It ended with a very sparse distribution of those who were selected. I am unsure why the platform didn't handle the load.
The initial call was an informal chat, and the second stage was a coding exercise, which I didn't perform well enough on. However, Intuit was very kind and phoned me back, providing super useful feedback on which points I didn't meet the requirement
