So far, nothing stands out. I'll update at a later date, as I am fairly new.
HR kept postponing my interviews for 3-4 months due to a lack of panel availability. The biggest problem is that they are giving open-ended problems but looking for specific answers. Interviewers are not interested in participating in any discussion
The resume screening was pretty typical. First, there was an online assessment where you had to solve a general algorithm problem. Then, it moved on to a Karat Interview, which also focused on general algorithms.
I connected with the recruiter on LinkedIn. I got through the phone round within three weeks, and the onsite was really challenging. The overall process took six to seven weeks. Everyone was really friendly and asked good questions.
