For Contractors:
They don't provide proper seating locations. You will be treated very badly.
No quality work is assigned, since they don't want to create dependency on contractors. They will ruin your career by assigning junk work, which full-time employees would not agree to do.
Please respect contract employees. They are not here to just make money. Knowledge matters for everyone, not just for FT.
